Inland Named as Best Workplace for Fourth Straight Year by PIA

Award is designed to recognize graphic arts companies for outstanding human relations efforts.

Inland has been recognized as a Best Workplace in the Americas (BWA) by the Printing Industries of America for the fourth straight year. Printing Industries of America created the BWA awards to honor printing companies that provide a superior work environment.

The annual Best Workplace in the Americas award is designed to recognize graphic arts companies for outstanding human relations efforts, which contribute to a successful workplace. A panel of respected HR professionals from the print industry judged entrants against benchmarking categories, including Communication & Culture, Employee Resources & Benefits, and Work Environment & Safety.  Inland was commended by judges on their work environment, insurance benefits, and charitable activities.

“It is a privilege to be honored year-after-year for this industry award,” shared Mike Skroch, VP of human resources at Inland. “Inland continues to invest in our company and employees while maintaining a safe and reputable place to work.”
